More About Me

Beatriz grew up in South Florida where she was exposed to the real estate profession at an early age. Working closely with her family who were in the business, she followed in their footsteps and earned her license as an agent representing both buyers and sellers. Recognizing the need to develop her skills to their maximum, she enrolled in college and obtained an Associate in Science Degree in Paralegal Studies. While in school, she worked at a law firm specializing in real estate, probate and estate planning. While there, she worked with commercial developers on various subdivisions. Wishing to further her experience she joined a law firm as a paralegal dealing in all aspects of real estate including the transactional elements of the business. Simultaneously, she completed her schooling and earned her Bachelor's degree. After moving to Raleigh, she worked in the Wake County District Attorney’s office for the Special Victims Unit and as an interpreter. Still drawn to real estate as her true calling, she obtained her North Carolina license and has returned to the profession. She has over a decade of experience as well as schooling in all aspects of real estate and is ready to put that experience to work for you. She is also fluent in Spanish.
